(We do not except money orders or cashier's/personal checks. They're easily faked. We no longer accept credit cards or debit cards. People would just report the card stolen after purchase. Then it becomes something we have to do deal with.)

3. Health Guarantee
The Seller warrants that the dog is in good health at the time of sale. The Buyer agrees to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of purchase. If the dog is found to be unfit for purchase due to a congenital condition, the Buyer must notify the Seller even if only by email within 24 hours of vet exam, and the Seller will provide a replacement dog of equal value upon return of the dog from current or future litter.

4. Spay/Neuter Agreement

5. Reunite Policy
The Buyer agrees to notify the Seller immediately if the dog cannot be kept. The Seller reserves the right to reclaim the dog. The Buyer agrees to return the dog to the Seller if unable to care for the dog.

6. Registration and Ownership Transfer
The Seller agrees to provide the necessary documentation to transfer ownership of the dog to the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for any fees associated with registration.

7. Limitations on Transfer
The Buyer agrees not to sell, trade, or give away the dog without prior written consent from the Seller. The Seller has the right of first refusal if the Buyer decides to rehome the dog. The Buyer agrees to return the dog.

8. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

​

9. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
